Privacy policy
Your information, used for one thing.
Short version: when you request a home value on this site, your information goes to Connor Slump / Rhae Group Realty through Follow Up Boss so Connor can prepare your estimate and follow up about it. This site uses the Meta Pixel and OpenAI’s ad measurement pixel to measure ads. We don’t sell your information. To opt out or ask a question, email connor@rhaegroup.com or call/text (720) 712-3673.
Who we are
This site is operated by Connor Slump, a licensed Colorado real estate agent (Lic. 100093181) with Rhae Group Realty, 600 S Pierce Ave #108, Louisville, CO 80027 (“Connor,” “we,” “us”).
What we collect
- Information you submit: your name, email, mobile number, the property address, and anything optional you add (property type, timeline, notes).
- Ad and visit details: the city named in the ad you clicked (if any), UTM campaign parameters, the Facebook click ID (fbclid), referral codes such as oppref, the page address you landed on, the referring page, and the date and time of your request.
- Consent record: the consent statement you agreed to, when you agreed, and the IP address and browser type used to submit, so we can show how and when you asked to be contacted.
- Technical data collected by ad pixels: see “Ad pixels” below.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to prepare your home-value estimate and follow up with you about it by text, phone call or email, as you agreed when you submitted the form. Submitting the form is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Where it goes
- Connor Slump / Rhae Group Realty via Follow Up Boss. Form submissions are sent from our server to Follow Up Boss, the customer-relationship system Connor uses to manage and respond to requests. Your request is not handed to a call center or passed to another agent.
- Hosting. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes web requests (including IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site. If a request can’t be delivered to Follow Up Boss, a backup copy is held in Connor’s Cloudflare account for up to 60 days so it still reaches him.
- Service providers that help us send texts and email on Connor’s behalf, only to follow up on your request.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information. Mobile numbers and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Ad pixels
This site uses two advertising measurement tools that may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and collect information such as the pages you view, your browser and device, IP address, and actions you take on the site:
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — records page views on this site and, if you submit the form, a “Lead” event. Meta uses this to measure and improve the performance of Connor’s Facebook and Instagram ads. See Meta’s Privacy Policy.
- OpenAI ad measurement pixel (OpenAI) — loads on every page and, if you submit the form, records a “lead created” event, to measure ads shown in OpenAI products. See OpenAI’s Privacy Policy.
Your name, email, phone number and address are not placed in these pixel events by this site. You can limit this tracking by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, using a tracker-blocking extension, or adjusting your ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
Text messages
If you check the consent box, Connor Slump / Rhae Group Realty may text you about your home-value request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Your choices
- Opt out of contact: reply STOP to any text, or email connor@rhaegroup.com or call/text (720) 712-3673.
- Access, correct or delete: email or call us and we’ll respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we are required to keep.
How long we keep it
We keep request information as long as needed to follow up with you and to meet real estate record-keeping, legal and business requirements, then delete or de-identify it.
Security
Information is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections, and the Follow Up Boss key used to deliver your request is stored only on our server — never in the web page. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Children
This site is intended for homeowners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll change the effective date above.
